About the FSPCA
The Fluvanna Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals is a nonprofit and private organization founded in 1989 in response to a brutal and senseless killing of a pet Labrador Retriever. Our goal is to rescue domestic animals from cruelty, neglect, and abandonment and to teach responsible pet ownership.
